Returns

We've extended our Returns window for the festive season.
If you need to return your order for a refund or an exchange, you can do it until 10th of January 2025. This is valid for orders placed from the 22nd of November.
Online orders can be returned within 15 days of receiving the parcel, provided they are in their original condition.

You will be refunded the product(s) value, less the return fee for delivering the item(s). We cannot do exchanges; alternatively, you can make a return and then choose another product or size from our website. We cannot guarantee that a different size of the same product will be available.

We only accept items that are unused, unworn, and unwashed. For hygienic reasons, socks cannot be returned. You will be refunded for the returned goods by the same payment method used to make the purchase. The return costs will be deducted from your refund according to the Return Fees table below.

The process

To return a product, log in to our website using the button in the top-right corner. If you don’t have an account, type the used email for the purchase. You will then be able to see your order and select the items you want to return.

You will receive an email confirming your returns. Once the products arrive at our warehouse, your submission will be reviewed by our team in 3 working days. If accepted, you will be refunded via the same payment method used for the purchase.

Note that the delivery fee for returns will be deducted from your refund. For more details, refer to our Return Fees table below. Alternatively, you can request store credit by contacting us at customerservice@wetheknot.com .

We do not offer exchanges for the moment. To change your purchased item for another size or product, please return it and place a new order on our website.
